With activities for fans of all ages, Scout Con brings the top Sci-Fi stars to the Tampa Convention Center. Our Scouts and fans will enjoy the first ever Scout Con. This convention will include autograph memorabilia auctions, costume contests, autograph sessions, Q&A sessions and panel discussions with the best stars old and new, large dealer room full of goodies. This event is also open to the general public.
Surely, there is something for everyone to do at Scout Con 2008.

3-5-2008 REST IN PEACE Gary Gygax, Co-Creator Of D&D, Dead At 69. The rattling of dice across tabletops around the word falls silent today with the news that co-creator of Dungeons & Dragons and TSR, Gary Gygax, has passed away at the age of 69. The news came via the forums of Troll Lord Games, who publish Gygax's Lejendary Adventures and Castles & Crusades sourcebooks, delivered via his son Ernie Gygax. He died in his home, having been in failing health for some time, suffering several strokes and a near heart-attack. Gygax was an inspiration to the gaming industry, with his work directly or indirectly influencing entire genres - role-playing games and MMORPGs specifically. I probably wouldn't be writing this right now if the thought of missing my weekly D&D games hadn't kept me from allocating my 6'6" frame towards more sporting endeavors. Gary Gygax may have passed on, but the legacy he leaves to gaming will live on forever. Rest in peace, Dungeon Master.

I just received the helmet, and I would like to know why it's worth $125? It's very flimsy and cheaply made, so there is no reason why it should have been that much. So why is it actually worth that much?

10-2-2007 Well the big move is over 50 days down the drain. We are NOW in #100 and it is twice the size for the old space. Just tested the Oven and all is good. We (Vic and Scott) will start pulling Halo tomarow. I am looking ar 15 more for HALO-WEEN and 20 Helmets. WOW! First payed first shipped. ETA 2-3 week on painted 1-2 weeks on kits.

10-01-2007 Just came back from ASSIMILATION CON, KISSIMEE, FL, hung out with RED VS. BLUE Guys, It was Awesome. Also gave away a Helmet and Two Flags to the Winner of the Halo III Tournament. Great Con for their first year. Very low turnout though. I hosted a Jedi Fight Club with my Business Partner for Barbarian Battles. More about that soon.
